Petmania Puppy of the Year Competition 2018

Accepting Entries Until Sunday 22nd April 2018

The search has started to find the Petmania Puppy of the Year 2018. Over the next two months through public voting and a grand final dog show we will identify the puppy which will become the face of Petmania for 2018/2019 and give away some fabulous prizes every step of the way! 

We are excited to partner with SEVEN Dog Nutrition this year and every puppy who enters will receive a Seven Puppy Pack. The exciting range of Grain Free, Vet Approved dog food which is available exclusively at Petmania stores in Ireland.

Every puppy who enters this year's competition will receive a FREE Puppy Pack from our nutrition partner, Seven while our overall winner will receive 12 months food as part of their prize pack! 

How to Enter

Entering is simple! Just take your puppy to your local Petmania store, fill out and entry form and have your puppy's photograph taken by a member of our in-store team. This fun competition is open to all puppies aged one year or less on the 31st March 2018. Entry is free but must be made in-store at your local Petmania store before Sunday 22nd April 2018.

Winner Selection

The competition will take place over three rounds:

  • Round 1 - Public Vote. All entrants will be submitted into a public vote which will to identify the top 5 puppies from each store.

  • Round 2 - Public Vote. The 5 qualifiers at each store from Round 1 will be submitted into a new public vote to find 1 puppy to represent each store at the Grand Final

  • Grand Final - Dog Show. The 12 finalists (1 from each store) will be invited to take part in a fun dog show on Saturday 2nd June at Petmania , Eastpoint Retail Park, Ballysimon Road, Limerick City. A panel of judges will choose an overall winner which will be crowned the Petmania Puppy of the Year 2018.
