Competitions Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to regular ‘Like & Share’ competitions run via our Facebook Page; unless otherwise specified in the competition details.

  1. Competitions entry is strictly over 18’s.
  2. Petmania is the promoter.
  3. Petmania is the sole sponsor of the promotion; and holds sole responsibility for the promotion management. Where it is stated, the prize will be fulfilled by the competition partner.
  4. The prize draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only; aged 18 years or older. It is excluding employees of Petmania and their families; agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
  5. The prize will be as stated in the competition post.
  6. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the Prize Draw is free.
  7. Only the comments/entries left under the competition post will be accepted as an entry. Any comments left under the prize draw Terms & Conditions note will not be accepted as an entry.
  8. The winner will be determined at random from all pictures posted on the Facebook prize draw post.
  9. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of the stated prize.
  10. The prize may take up to 28 working days to arrive to the winner.
  11. The competition will open at the time the original post is sent; and close at the time and date specified in the post. No Exceptions.
  12. Winners will be announced on Facebook. After that, Petmania will contact the winners via Facebook.
  13. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours to the winner notification; an alternative winner may be selected from the previous entries.
  14. The promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the page owners of this promotion and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
