How to Use the Petmania Grooming Studio App
Life can be busy. You have places to go and people to see, and it’s not always easy to manage everything at once. When it comes to getting your dog groomed, it can be hard finding the time to make a call to arrange an appointment—which is why we’ve developed the Petmania Grooming Studio App, designed to manage your dog’s grooming visits on the go. Simply download the app from the PlayStore and voila-a dedicated place for all your dog’s bookings!
What Is Involved in the Petmania Grooming Studio App?
The Petmania Grooming Studio App allows you to book appointments with your local grooming studio. You can view upcoming appointments and previous appointments. You can add as many dogs as you like-as well as a fun profile picture for them too! You can also amend and cancel appointments all with the touch of a button. It couldn’t be easier!
How Do I Book an Appointment?
Booking an appointment is simple. First, you’ll want to add your pet-type in their details such as name, sex, breed, and age, and click ‘add pet’. You can add as many pets as you like.
Then, go to ‘Book an Appointment’, select which pet you’re making the booking for and what treatment you’d like. We have a range of treatments and different styling available, suited to all types of dogs and coat types. For more information on these treatments, see here. Then, select your local studio.
After you have made the above selections, you can choose the date and time of the appointment. You can also add in any notes or information you’d like the groomers to know before you confirm.
Once you have submitted your appointment, you will receive a text message and email confirming everything. A week before the appointment, you will receive a text reminding you of the booking.
