Blue transparent flexible but strong plastic. Yellow soft to the touch durable plastic. Simple to use: just immerse in water to fill the toy and then freeze. Water holes on one side only will ensure no spills. Offers fun and hydration. Ice melts when chewed and the water seeps though the holes providing plenty of freshing fun.
