TETRA Ammonia Liquid Test Kit (Nh3/Nh4+) measures ammonia value reliably and precisely, between 0.0mgl and 5.0mgl in fresh and saltwater aquariums. Ammonia is the first thing you should test for and is the first stage of the nitrogen cycle, as it is the most toxic and lethal nitrogen compound to fish.
