Petmania Puppy of the Year 2021-Coming Soon!

Has your puppy got what it takes to be crowned Puppy of the Year 2021 and win €1500 worth of prizes?

The hugely popular Petmania Puppy of the Year is coming back for 2021, with entries opening Monday 30^th August!

The competition will be run online for with €1,500 worth of prizes to be won by one very lucky puppy. Entries are open from Monday 30^th August online at www.petmania.ie. Adorable pooches from across the country have just three weeks to enter the competition to be in with a chance of being named Petmania Puppy of the Year.

To enter, puppy parents simply upload a picture and fill out a short online form telling us all about their beloved pup and why they think they deserve the crown. Entries close midnight 19^TH September, so don’t delay if you want your puppy to win!

Once we have received all the votes and verified them, the nation’s pets will battle it out to be named in the Top Five Puppies (plus one store wildcard!) representing each local Petmania Store and Grooming Studio.

Each finalist will be awarded a qualifier’s rosette and a gift from competition partner BETA, and will proceed to round 2. We will call on the public to assist us with the voting, and the puppy with the most votes will be named Puppy of the Year for their region and will go forward to the grand final!

The chosen finalists from across Ireland will then be invited to submit some additional photos and videos online to the judging panel, who will choose the overall winner. The winner of the Petmania Puppy of the Year 2021 will be announced via Petmania’s social media channels at the end of October 2021.

This year the Petmania Puppy of the Year will be pampered for a whole year with over €1,500 of prizes to be won! The winning puppy will become a model pup and will star in its own professional photoshoot and become the face of a number of Petmania’s advertising campaigns for ‘21/22. The winning dog will enjoy year-round pampering with 12 complimentary visits to their local Petmania Grooming Studio. Petmania’s nutrition partners for the Puppy of the Year 2020, BETA, will ensure that your puppy dines in style for a whole year.
