Voting has opened for the Puppy of the Year Competition 2021 in Carlow
Who will come out as the top dog in Carlow?
Public voting for this year’s Petmania Puppy of the Year competition is now open and will remain open until October 6th 2021, both in-store and online. To cast a vote online visit the Petmania website www.petmania.ie.
Over 1,500 pawfect puppy entries have been received and verified for this year’s competition to find Carlow’s top-dog. Petmania is asking people from across Carlow to vote for their favourite pooch.
During the first round of voting, people across Carlow will pick the top five puppies that will represent Petmania Carlow Store and Grooming Studio. This year one additional wildcard puppy will be chosen by the Petmania team members. These six puppies will receive a qualifier’s rosette and a gift from the competition partner, Beta, and will move forward to represent Carlow in Round two.
During round two, Petmania Carlow will ask the public to vote, once again and the puppy with the most votes will be named Puppy of the Year Carlow and go forward to the grand final. The winner of the Petmania Puppy of the Year 2021 will be announced via Petmania social media channels at the end of October.
Emily Miller of Petmania said,
“We encourage everyone in Carlow to get involved and have their say as to which pooch will become this year’s Petmania Puppy of the Year. It is a tough choice every year as there are so many adorable puppies to choose from.”
The Petmania Puppy of the Year will be pampered for a whole year with over €1,500 of prizes to be won, including a 12 month supply of nutritious food from nutrition partner BETA plus a dog-friendly staycation with his/her two favourite humans.
Voting online is now open! Petmania encourages the whole of Carlow to get involved and vote for their favourite pup. Votes can be cast both online at www.petmania.ie and in-store from September 22nd. The closing date for entries is October 6th. The Petmania Puppy of the Year winner will be announced at the end of October via social media channels.
