Who are they?

Mayo SPCA exists to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abandoned and neglected animals in Mayo. They are a voluntary organisation, made up of volunteers who believe in an animals right access to food and water and to a diet that promotes their health and wellbeing, as well as a right to comfort in keeping with their breed, size, age and state of health.

What Animals Do They Shelter?

Mayo SPCA mainly look after cats & dogs mainly but also get calls on rabbits, horses and other larger animals. Even if the animal in need is not in their area of expertise, they always try to point people in the right direction and ensure that animal is cared for.

How Do I Contact the Mayo SPCA?

The Mayo Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals CLG is a volunteer run charity that rescues, rehabilitates and re homes animals in need from all over Co. Mayo in the West of Ireland.
