Our Click & Collect Service allows you to shop from home (or anywhere in the world) at your own leisure. In addition, you can have your items ready to collect in your chosen store, at a time that suits you.

Our Click & Collect service is FREE to use! Simply pay for your items at the checkout and we will do your shopping for you.
How Do I Use Petmania Click & Collect?
Our Click & Collect Service is simple. All you have to do is add the items that you want to order; put them into your online shopping cart; and at the checkout, choose our Click & Collect option. You can see if the stock is available on our product pages; therefore, you know that we have it available for you to purchase.
Once payment is received, we will confirm your order. After that, you will get a second email notification when your order is ready for you to collect at your chosen Petmania store.
Where Do I Collect In-Store?
Simply come to our checkout in-store and one of our in-store team will get your order for you.
What Proof Of ID Do I Need To Bring?
Please bring a copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email; along with proof of ID and the credit/debit card that you used for the payment.
When Can I Collect My Shopping?
Our stores are open 7 days a week; so as soon as you have received your ‘Ready for Collection’ notification, you can collect your shopping at time that suits you.
How Long Will I have to Collect My Order?
All Orders will be held in-store for 30 days. If you don’t collect the items within this time, the items will be returned for general sale. In this instance, no refund will be made against your items and all sums paid will be forfeited.
What Happens If My Item(s) Aren’t Available?
In the unlikely event that your items are unavailable, we will contact you directly by phone or email to discuss your alternative options.
Can I Cancel My Click & Collect Order?
If you change your mind before your order is processed, please call your selected store directly to cancel your order. In the event that your order has been processed, items may be returned to the store in line with our Returns Policy. You will need to visit your selected store for this.
