If payment for your subscription fails, we will send you an email and ask that you update your card information to continue. If you don’t update your card information, we will attempt payment once a day up until the 7th day, after which we will cancel your subscription. Once your payment is taken, your Subscribe and Save order will be processed.

Failure to pay within 7 days will result in your subscription being cancelled. Need help? Contact us!

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. Your billing email is the email you used during checkout.

Of course! You can pause, cancel or reactivate your subscription at any time. Simply go to https://www.petmania.ie/my-account/scheduled-orders/ to control your subscription. You can edit upcoming orders up to 1 week before they are processed. Need help? Contact us!

Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday via DPD or GLS. If the item you have ordered is in-stock, you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days after you receive your order confirmation email. You should receive a seperate email/text from DPD/GLS on the day of your delivery.

Terms & Conditions

  • When you sign up to our Autoship Program, you are authorising Petmania Ltd to charge your debit/credit card which is linked to your account; at an agreed order frequency.
  • Our standard discount is 15% off your initial order and 5% off all subsequent orders; subject to a minimum of four repeat orders. Discounts will be automatically applied to your order.
  • Your debit/credit card will be automatically charged on the day your order is processed. Upon failure of a payment you will receive a notification that your payment has failed; and you will need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your Autoship order can be processed.
  • If you need to, you may login to your account at any time to make changes to your Autoship subscription; prior to your order being processed.
  • Any change or cancellation to your Autoship order must be done prior to your order processing; (1 week before expected delivery date). If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to guarantee change or cancellation to your order. Therefore, any returns after, may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of your order value.
  • In the event of returns, shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable, in accordance with our returns policy.
  • Petmania’s Autoship programme cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
  • The delivery time-frame available for Petmania’s Autoship programme is every 1-12 weeks (or 1-5 months for many healthcare items); with a schedule of your choosing. You may adjust your schedule at any time by logging into your account.
  • You may cancel or change your Autoship subscription at any time. Just login your account at Petmania.ie
  • In the unlikely event that a product(s) on your Autoship subscription is unavailable at the time of processing; we will contact you directly to identify a possible alternative.
  • Actual amount charged may vary as a result of changes to the price, delivery rate or VAT changes.
