Correct fitting of your pet's collar is essential to ensure comfort and safety. Use the following steps to get the correct fit.
- Using a tape measure, position it the base of you pet's head, taking the measurement about 2cm down from the bottom of the head for a smaller pet, and 4cm for a larger dog.
- Pull the tape so that it is snug, but not tight, and allows space to slip two fingers between the collar and your pet's neck
- If you pet measures between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort

Our Click & Collect service is available Free of Charge. You will receive a notification from your local store when your order is ready for collection.
