1: Puppy Drop Off
Before we bring your puppy into our studio, we will invite you to ask any questions that you may have regarding the grooming process. We will also carry out a coat check to see the condition of their coat and give them plenty of cuddles to help them feel more comfortable and excited
2: The Groom
When your puppy is in our care, it is our priority that their time in our studio is enjoyable and not intimidating. Each step is puppy led to help them feel comfortable and gives them the opportunity to explore the sights, sounds and scents of the grooming process.
3. Home Time
When your puppy has completed their first visit, we will send you a text message that they are ready for collection. When we hand back over your puppy, we will update you on their experience and will carry out a provide tips on at home care, diet advice and carry out a body condition assessment.

The following is a guide to our prices. Please note a final price can only be given once our groomer meets your dog. Final price will be determined by your dog’s breed size, hair type and overall coat condition.
