1: Puppy Drop Off
Before we bring your puppy into our studio, we will invite you to ask any questions that you may have regarding the grooming process. We will also carry out a coat check to see the condition of their coat and give them plenty of cuddles to help them feel more comfortable and excited
2: Bath Time
When your puppy is in our care, it is our priority that their time in our studio is enjoyable and not intimidating. Each step is puppy led to help them feel comfortable and gives them the opportunity to explore the sights, sounds and scents of the grooming process.
3. Hints & Tips
When your puppy is finished being pampered, we will update you on their experience and will provide tips on at home coat care, diet advice and carry out a weight check and body condition assessment.
4. Next Visit
Before you go home, we’ll make a booking for your pup’s next visit for a full Puppy groom, which will involve a little more time in the Grooming Studio, and lots more pampering, helping your puppy come to look forward to grooming for the next 15 years!
